Inter have completed the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Petar Sucic from Dinamo Zagreb for an initial fee of €14million plus €2.5m in add-ons. Sucic has seven caps for Croatia and scored five goals in 26 league games last season.
As Inter gears up for the Club World Cup, they are also in search of a new head coach following the departure of Simone Inzaghi after a 5-0 Champions League loss to PSG.
Cesc Fabregas, currently with Como, has been linked to the Inter coaching role but Como remains confident of retaining him despite his impressive stint.
Inter's Club World Cup journey begins on June 17 with a match against Monterrey, followed by games against Urawa Red Diamonds and River Plate.
