Users will summon Campos the same way as Siri, by voice command or holding the side button. The chatbot will offer conversational, chat-like abilities beyond today's Siri and beyond a non-chat update planned for iOS 26.4, which will add on-screen content analysis, personal data access and improved web search. Google parent Alphabet is supplying underlying technology. Apple plans to unveil Campos at WWDC in June and ship it in September.
