Gemini Live received its largest update, making spoken interactions more natural and conversational with improved understanding of tone, nuance, pronunciation, and rhythm. The upgrade is rolling out to Android and iOS; users can access Live by tapping the Live button in the Gemini app and speaking. Many responses remain similar to typed queries, but the improvements are most noticeable in storytelling, expressive variation, accents, character voices, and perspective-taking.
