Laugh GPT pairs human comedians with an AI that helps generate jokes while the audience judges which act is funnier. Shows run every Tuesday at 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM and last 70–90 minutes with 4–5 comics per bill, featuring performers with credits from Cobbs, Punchline, SF Sketchfest, Clusterfest, and Outside Lands. The first 50 RSVPs get free tickets; general admission is free with Eventbrite RSVP (donations appreciated) and $20 at the door when advanced tickets sell out. The Function is a Black-owned venue near Hayes Valley/Mid Market with murals, cozy seating, and a stage. A two-drink minimum applies and the lineup may change.
