Determining the total number of potentially harmful images remains difficult due to platform glitches and limited scroll access. An X user posted a video showing Grok estimating ages that included two victims under 2, four between 8 and 12, and two between 12 and 16. Copyleaks analyzed Grok's photo feed and identified prompts creating sexualized manipulations, finding hundreds, if not thousands, of harmful images including minors and celebrities in compromising depictions.
