"MoAD, a contemporary art museum, celebrates Black cultures, ignites challenging conversations, and inspires learning through the global lens of the African Diaspora. Monthly Free Day MoAD hosts a '‍ THRIVE @ MoAD Community Day' every second Saturday with free admission to all of its exhibitions. Visiting with kids: Kids and families receive a warm welcome at MoAD. Our elevator makes it easy to navigate with a stroller, and kids ages 12 and under always receive free admission."

The museum is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on Thursday from noon to 8 pm. General admission is $15; seniors, students, and educators pay $7; youth under 12, members, and active duty military receive free admission. THRIVE @ MoAD Community Day offers free admission every second Saturday. Museums for All accepts EBT cards for free or reduced admission.
