Billy Kramerâs NFA Burger will no longer be available at Truist Parkâs Outfield Market just weeks after opening. This decision comes as Kramer opts to concentrate on his first full restaurant opening at Avalon in Alpharetta. The stall operated for eight events, but due to the challenges of working with third-party staff under Delaware North's licensing agreement, Kramer found it necessary to shift his focus. NFA Burger, renowned for its smash burgers, originated from Kramer's Chevron gas-station pop-up in Dunwoody, which gained significant popularity.
"At Truist, food brands work under a licensing agreement with Delaware North. This means third-party workers cook the food at the stadium, not the restaurant's own staff."
"When you're in an environment you're not used to, there's a lot going on - liquor licenses, general contractors, furniture ... there's a lot to consider."
