Bayern Munich Frauen have successfully signed Danish defender Stine Ballisager from Fiorentina for the 2025/26 season on a two-year contract. Ballisager, 31, boasts a rich playing history, starting from Denmark to clubs in Norway and the USA before her transition to Italy. With over 60 international caps for Denmark, she is recognized for her defensive skills, technical ability, and leadership qualities. Francisco De Sá Fardilha, FC Bayern Women technical director, stated, "We've been in touch with Stine over the last two years and are happy we've now been able to sign her. She's a fighter, is quick and strong in duels, as well as being a good technical player."
