A 32" MTB Frameset You Can Buy Right Now: The Neuhaus NOVA32 is a Production Rigid Hardtail
Neuhaus Metalworks has begun production of its NOVA32 Custom mountain bike, debuted at last year's MADE Show in Portland. The NOVA32 is a steel hardtail designed for cross-country riding, built in Neuhaus's Novato, California workshop. It features a rigid carbon fork and accommodates 32-inch wheels with 2.2 to 2.4-inch tire clearance. The production frames use quad-butted, heat-treated chromoly tubing with optimized tube lengths and sizes. The NOVA32 employs progressive XC geometry with short 450mm chainstays, a 67-degree head tube angle, and 75-degree seat tube angle. It fits riders from 5'8" to 6'5" across three sizes: ML, L, and XL. Technical specifications include Boost 148×12 rear axle spacing, threaded BSA 73mm bottom bracket, tapered headtube, and sliding UDH-compatible dropouts. The production run is limited to 10 frames per size, currently shipping.
"The NOVA32 features progressive XC geometry designed around a rigid fork. Short as possible chainstays, a tall stack, and designed around a 50-60mm stem. This makes the bike nimble and fast."
"Each frame is built with quad butted, heat-treated chromoly tubing with optimized but lengths and size-specific tube sizes. While the NOVA32 Custom seems like it will stay in the lineup, the NOVA32 production frame uses more standard frame components to offer a more affordable price and off-the-rack availability."
"The NOVA32 is a steel hardtail mountain bike designed for cross-country riding and built in their Novato, California workshop. The bike features a rigid carbon fork and accommodates 32-inch wheels with tire clearance for 2.2 to 2.4″."
