Justin Peck, a 22-year-old mountain biker, achieved a solo victory in the men's event of the Ukiah Mendo Gravel Epic, a part of the Grasshopper Adventure Series in California. He completed the 76-mile course in 4 hours, 7 seconds, overcoming a muddy terrain that favored his mountain biking background. Peck's strategic ascent during the race allowed him to break free from a competitive field and secure a two-minute lead over the second-place finisher.
