Transition Bikes has announced the Dirtbag Factory Racing team, marking a return to grassroots mountain bike racing. This initiative aims to support emerging talent and invigorate the community amidst changes in World Cup racing. DFR will compete at various North American events, fostering a culture of friendly competition and inclusivity. The team, consisting of ten passionate athletes, promises to create a welcoming atmosphere, whether through competitions or community engagement, and represents a significant step back to the roots of mountain biking.
Dirtbag Factory Racing is a step back to our roots, when grassroots racing helped garner and build the mountain bike community we know and love.
With world cup level racing in its current state, we are taking this moment to dive back into what we think racing is all about, riding and competing at venues that foster friendly competition.
These athletes are all passionate individuals that… will provide a rad experience out of the Transition tent and carrying the TR torch.
