Samuel Cobos-Carmona, a 20-year-old Mexican national, allegedly confessed to sexually assaulting the victim after he "befriended" him and his 8-year-old brother while they were playing the game.
He illegally returned the following year and fled to the Sunshine State after evading Texas authorities. "People often question why myself and my fellow sheriffs in the state of Florida are working with our federal partners to round individuals like this up to get them the hell out of here. This is why."
