Caesar & Cleopatra is a two-player, approximately 60-minute card game combining set collection and area-influence with asymmetric Caesar and Cleopatra roles. Each turn a player plays one influence card face down and one face up, placing them beneath one or two patrician groups, with a five-card limit per group. A single action card may be played before or after, and the opponent may use a veto to stop it. The Philosopher influence card reverses vote resolution so the lower total wins. After card play, a bust is drawn from a bag; colored busts place next to matching patrician groups and trigger votes comparing influence totals to award patrician cards.
