From Software has announced that their game Nightreign will introduce a two-player co-op mode called 'Duo Expeditions' due to its absence during the initial launch. Game director Junya Ishizaki admitted the oversight as the studio focused on balancing gameplay for solo modes and three-player co-op. In addition, upcoming updates will enhance battles with existing Nightlords, along with some DLC planned for the future. Despite the initial limitations, Nightreign has seen significant success, reaching 3.5 million players shortly after launch.
