Bruins prospect Chris Pelosi might be Boston's top under-the-radar talent in system
Briefly

Chris Pelosi faced challenges transitioning from USHL to collegiate hockey at Quinnipiac. In his first 15 games, he scored five points, highlighting the struggles against older players. His physicality was noted as a reason for being drafted by Boston. Increased gym training helped him gain muscle. An invitation to the USA Hockey camp for the 2025 World Juniors proved pivotal, although he was among the final cuts. The experience with top prospects significantly improved his confidence and outlook for future performance.
"Physicality was my biggest thing," Pelosi said Wednesday at Bruins Development Camp. "I was always the skinnier kid." Days spent in the gym at Quinnipiac helped Pelosi add some more muscle to his 6-foot-2 frame.
"I think my confidence just skyrocketed when I got invited to World Junior camp in December. Playing with all those guys, all those first-rounders and all those great players - you can learn so much from them."
