Alex Cora says Brayan Bello, all Red Sox relievers are available to pitch in Game 3 vs. Yankees
"Hopefully today we can score a bunch of runs and they keep me out of it."
"We'll see where he's at and we'll use him however we feel is good for us,"
"I've seen weird stuff happen in this stadium before, so we'll see,"
"I can't say maybe, nah, we'll see. Probably not."
Connelly Early will start Game 3 for Boston in the Wild Card Series at Yankee Stadium. All Red Sox relievers, including those used in Game 2 and Game 2 starter Brayan Bello, remain available for the decisive game. Garrett Whitlock threw a season-high 47 pitches on Wednesday and could still be used in late innings if needed. Bello threw only 28 pitches in his abbreviated start and could provide multiple innings. Ace Garrett Crochet is likely unavailable after a 117-pitch outing in Game 1. The team hopes Early can record several innings to limit bullpen exposure.
