Tyler Jacquard, 39, from Melrose, was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing at Merrimack College where he was allegedly spotted looking into student dorm windows at 2:30 a.m. He is a Level 3 sex offender and has a history of similar offenses dating back to 2006, with charges including lewdness and burglary at other colleges.
