Braata Productions organized the 13th annual Christmas Grand Market as a relief effort for families affected by Hurricane Melissa in Western Jamaica. Proceeds from concerts and marketplace sales will directly fund on-the-ground aid and donation barrels will be available at events. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food or use an on-site Amazon Relief Registry. The Queens and Brooklyn dates were combined into a larger Manhattan concert on Saturday, Dec. 6, at John Jay College's Gerald W. Lynch Theater, with the Marketplace at 7 p.m. and the concert at 8 p.m. The Bronx market and concert follow the next day at Harry S Truman High School.
