Matthew Rodriguez, 18, fled to Pennsylvania after a shooting that resulted in the death of 7-month-old Kaori Patterson-Moore. A stray bullet struck Kaori while she was near her father. Rodriguez was apprehended two days later and extradited back to Brooklyn, facing multiple charges including murder and attempted murder. A grand jury indicted him and the shooter, Amuri Greene, who confessed to aiming at Kaori's father. A wake for Kaori was held, attended by over 150 mourners.
