Police received a 911 call around 8 a.m. about a shooting in front of Express Laundromat at 18-09 Utica Avenue. Officers from the 63rd Precinct arrived to find a 41-year-old man inside the laundromat after he was believed to have been shot just outside. The man had multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His identity was pending family notification. Police also found a 68-year-old man with a graze wound to the foot, who was taken to Mount Sinai and listed in stable condition. The motive was unclear, and a man wearing all black fled. No arrests were made and the investigation continued.
