Justice Brian Cregan issued these orders after an application from two investment firms, Ziggy Investments Ltd and Jean Genie Investments Ltd, underlining the serious nature of the allegations against the Heffernans and their possible fraudulent activities in managing the four branches of Eddie Rockets.
