Discovery will be spun off into a separate company called Discovery Global and is not included in the Netflix acquisition. Acquired properties will include Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Television, Warner Bros. Games, DC Studios, HBO, HBO Max, New Line Cinema, and international TNT Sports. The cash-and-stock deal values WBD shares at $27.75 each and was unanimously approved by both companies' boards, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. Netflix's gaming portfolio will add studios such as Rocksteady, TT Games, NetherRealm, and Avalanche Software, bringing franchises like Mortal Kombat and Lego DC to Netflix Games.
