Intuit wants to turn workforce management into a financial operating system - Tearsheet

SMBs digitize workforce management by adopting separate tools for payroll, benefits, hiring, time tracking, reviews, and other functions. Each workforce activity runs in a different software system, producing patchwork dashboards, exports, approvals, and spreadsheets. Employee data becomes duplicated across platforms, creating operational sprawl beneath the label of digitization.
