Peel Regional Police arrested a 25-year-old Brampton man who was wanted in connection with his father's fatal shooting. Officers responded to a Clearjoy Street home Saturday afternoon and found a man in his 50s with gunshot wounds. First responders performed life-saving efforts but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified the suspect as the victim's son and sought him for second-degree murder and attempted murder. Prior to the arrest, police warned the suspect was considered armed and dangerous and advised the public not to approach him. The suspect is now in custody.
