Kia has confirmed the upcoming all-wheel drive and high-performance GT versions of the EV4 electric sedan during its global launch in Seoul. Expected to hit the market in North America and Australia by early 2026, the EV4 presently comes in a single motor, front-wheel drive variant with battery options of 58.3-kWh or 81.4-kWh. The current iteration delivers 201 horsepower, while the addition of AWD is anticipated to boost power. Specific details on the GT version, which aims to compete with models like the Tesla Model 3 Performance, remain undisclosed as production will commence in the last quarter of this year.
