A trooper spotted the speeding car at about 6 p.m. in a 55-mph zone, according to State Police. The driver was identified as Xinnan Yan, 27, of Markham, Ontario, Canada. A 2024 Ferrari SF9 (or SF90) carried a reported price tag between $528,764 and $995,000 depending on trim and options. Car and Driver described the model as "priced for the gods" and noted its earth-shattering performance. Xan was arrested on a reckless driving charge, released on personal recognizance, and is due in court Oct. 29.
