Dave Nozzolillo, a 45-year-old Wintrust Bank employee and longtime beer-league goalie, serves as one of the Chicago Blackhawks' four designated emergency backup goalies on a 1099 basis. He normally gets paid $100 to be on call and usually only watches games at the United Center.
