The Miracle League, in collaboration with the Chicago White Sox, organized an exhibition game for 30 children with disabilities from Joliet. This event allowed each player to wear a full uniform and experience playing baseball alongside a buddy from the White Sox organization. The event was filled with joy for players and their families, as parents expressed gratitude for the opportunities their children were afforded. Players selected walk-up music and saw their names on the video board, creating memorable moments. The event concluded with a pizza party, enhancing the sense of community and joy.
