Eight Ounce Coffee has been named the exclusive Canadian distributor for Stronghold, a South Korean electric roaster manufacturer. The deal includes Stronghold's full lineup of machines, such as the S2 model and larger S7, S8, and S9 variants. Eight Ounce Coffee operates a 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Calgary and serves nearly 4,000 clients across Canada and the U.S. Pre-orders for the S2 are available in Canada with a promotional discount. Stronghold's machines feature advanced technology, including a dual-heat system and automated profile replication.
