"Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has appointed Olivier Lemire as president of its U.S. coffee business, according to an SEC filing signed Sept. 17, 2025. The move comes amid Keurig Dr Pepper's $18 billion acquisition of Europe-based coffee conglomerate JDE Peet's, announced last month. That plan will involve the creation of two publicly traded companies, including one focused entirely on the coffee category called Global Coffee Co."
"Lemire, who served as president of Keurig Dr Pepper Canada since 2021, succeeds Patrick Minogue, who was named U.S. coffee president in 2023 and will remain to support the transition through Sept. 30, according to the Form 8-K SEC filing. KDP's current "leadership" web page lists Lemire as U.S. president of coffee. According to previous announcements from KDP, Lemire joined the company in 2011 before serving in numerous leadership roles."
