Price variations exist across stores because the chain's 100% franchise model lets local owners set different prices. Customers have posted receipts on social platforms showing jumps of 33% to 37% for common breakfast items. Some locations have implemented shrinkflation tactics, such as adding more ice to iced coffees, to reduce costs.
