Organized by the Haringey Youth Justice service, the program emphasizes hands-on experience in food preparation and customer service. Local businesses collaborate to equip young individuals with experience and ambition, which Haringey Council views as vital for their future job prospects. The youth service's innovative approach has been recognized by HM Inspectorate of Probation, showcasing its commitment to fostering the next generation's success through practical training opportunities.
