Trenchs Studio designed a greenhouse for Filandón restaurant in El Pardo, serving as a retail and display space for farm-sourced produce. It connects the kitchen, garden, and shop, featuring vegetables, preserves, and house-made products. The structure, inspired by traditional European greenhouses, utilizes aluminum profiles and passive design for year-round use. Wooden shutters regulate light, enhancing environmental performance. The interior is a continuous space with a large table for circulation and display, while dark-toned wood flooring maintains material continuity throughout the design.
