"From the very first step gesturegrasping the main doors with both hands and opening them inwardthe sea asserts itself as the absolute protagonist of the house. That was the owners' clear request: for the landscape to be revealed in a single motion. Located in Bahia de Banderas, Mexico, this house for a retired foreign couple unfolds over a 2,350 m2 plot."

The house occupies a 2,350 m2 plot in Bahia de Banderas, Mexico, and serves a retired foreign couple. The primary design gesture is an entrance meant to be grasped with both hands and opened inward to immediately reveal the sea as the absolute protagonist. The owners explicitly requested that the landscape be unveiled in a single motion. Spatial arrangements and entry choreography prioritize framed coastal views and an immediate visual connection to the landscape. The project emphasizes experiential sequencing, landscape primacy, and a direct, theatrical transition from exterior to interior.
