The project is a country house located 100 meters above sea level in the Caboclo neighborhood of Paraty. The house is immersed in a natural incline of Atlantic Forest that extends to form the Serra da Bocaina. The setting emphasizes steep, forested topography and continuity between the site and the Serra da Bocaina massif. The dwelling occupies the slope and relates directly to existing vegetation and landform. The immediate surroundings are dense Atlantic Forest characteristic of the region, placing the residential program within a rural, mountainous context near Paraty's coastal hinterland. The elevation offers a raised vantage over the surrounding terrain.
