HEYDAY is a new multi-functional community hub adjacent to Bangkok University that integrates co-working, dining, and future restaurant spaces within a single building. The project places shared workspaces and a food court together to create a concentrated student destination that supports study, socializing, and dining. The site sits directly beside the university campus and occupies a street segment lined on both sides by blocky apartment buildings across a one-kilometer stretch. The design anticipates serving the daily needs and routines of students and nearby residents by centralizing amenities in one accessible location.
