The sailing marina serves as the final stage of the eastern waterfront development of Paprocany Lake. It also completes the pedestrian promenade along the shore. The project is positioned as a continuation of earlier waterfront improvements. In 2020, the MOSM kayak marina was opened to the public a few hundred meters along the shoreline. Together, the kayak and sailing facilities provide recreational access to the lake while strengthening the connected waterfront public realm. The marina’s location ties the promenade’s end point to active water-based activities for visitors.
