Casa Ulia is a Mediterranean-style detached residence located in the Salento countryside, an area known for olive oil production and sheep rearing. The 480 m project was completed in 2023 and was designed for a young couple — he a building contractor and she a professor — seeking a peaceful, fully equipped oasis a few kilometers from Lecce. The project used products from Artnova, Ceramica Sant'Agostino, Devina Nais, FRATA, Laminam, Midj, Potenza e Greco, Sangiacomo, Tuttolegno, and Vetreria Calasso. Lead architects were Giulio Ciccarese and Valentina Pontieri, with Aurora Costruzioni SAS as contractor and Enrico Durante on the project team. Photographs by Marcello Mariana.
