The project is a 11,350 ft² minimalist residence completed in 2025 by Purnesh Dev Nikhanj + 30 Architects with lead architects Samridh Aneja and Anima Aneja. The design emerges from its urban fabric as an orchestration of hovering planes and drifting masses, creating layered horizontality that reads anchored yet airborne. The base is conceived as a grounded plinth that ascends into horizontal compositions. Photographs by Purnesh Dev Nikhanj document the volumes. Interior styling by Laburnum Studios and PMC by Dhillon Constructions support execution. Selected manufacturers include Gessi, Daikin, Flos, Linea Light, Glamora, Jung and Scic Italia.
