Waterfront Design's office occupies 218 m² and reached completion in 2024. The project involved eight months of combined design and on-site work, privileging presence and intuition over exhaustive drawings. Approximately 70% of the plan was determined early, while 30% was intentionally left without a fixed function to allow light, user behaviors, and moods to define space and use. Furniture choices include Herman Miller Sayl chairs and Cassina pieces (Cab 413, LC1, LC3) along with Cherner Chairs. Nic Lee led the design with Studio Millspace and a team of 21 interior designers, emphasizing adaptability and human-centered spatial formation.
