Gott's Roadside has introduced a new cookie counter at the Ferry Building, featuring four cookie varieties and three types of dipping milks. The counter opened on June 4, adjacent to Gott's Soft Serve. The launch follows discussions with Ferry Building Management to enliven the north corridor, fulfilling Gott's vision of creating a vibrant destination. The cookies, crafted with premium ingredients, promise quality and flavor. Future expansions at the ferry terminal include the opening of Parachute Bakery and a new restaurant, Arquet, later this summer.
"Our vision for the cookie counter came to life from a conversation with the Ferry Building Management team," says Clay Walker, president of Gott's Roadside.
"I've tasted the rather large-format chocolate-chip cookie and can confirm it's delicious and appropriately chewy and it reportedly arrives after months of recipe development."
