Cafe Bolita, created by Emmanuel Galvan of Bolita Masa, soft opened in Berkeley Kitchens with a limited menu offering coffee, champurrado, tamales, chilaquiles, quesadillas, and aguas frescas, with a grand opening scheduled and dinner service planned. Chef Janice Dulce also opened a FOB Kitchen outpost in West Oakland.
