Primary school pupils shocked as teachers dress as superheroes and villains

Teachers at Parkside Primary School in Chingford surprised pupils by dressing as superheroes and villains for an annual writing day aimed at celebrating literacy and inspiring creativity. The playground featured superhero-themed decorations and a 100ft inflatable obstacle course. During an assembly, children learned that three 'villains' had stolen the best qualities of the school and were tasked with helping the superheroes retrieve them through excellent writing.
