Inghams Walking analyzed nearly 100 European destinations for the perfect coolcation in 2025. Their findings ranked Akureyri, Iceland, as the top destination, attributed to a 264 percent surge in popularity. The city boasts cultural and natural attractions such as museums, whale watching, and botanic gardens.
