On Friday 10 October 2025 Condé Nast Traveller partnered with Cartier to host a Diwali celebration at The Dorchester in London. The Dorchester was decorated with hundreds of candles and Cartier bellboys greeted guests arriving in sparkling attire. The guest list included film stars, musicians, entrepreneurs and models such as Anoushka Shankar, Arooj Aftab, Neelam Gill, Akshata Murty, Rishi Sunak, Nic Kaufmann and Princess Gauravi Kumari. Guests enjoyed flutes of Cartier Champagne and cocktails created with Godawan single malt, including the Alwar Old Fashioned and Spiced Amber. Chef Chet Sharma served Indian-inspired canapés including shakargandi malpua with pachdi and caviar.
