Zellerfeld and Havaianas are launching their first-ever 3D printed flip-flops in September 2025. The design features a rounded toe cap and a familiar Y-shaped strap connecting between the big and second toes. The footwear includes a textured surface on the footbed to improve grip and prevent slipping. The molded shape wraps around the foot for enhanced comfort and stability. The 3D printing technology allows for on-demand production, reducing waste and providing a unique, seamless design with no visible seams.
