Adam Driver saving response to Lena Dunham allegations for my book'
Adam Driver avoided responding to allegations about his on-set behavior attributed to Lena Dunham in her memoir. At a Cannes press conference, he said he had no comment and planned to save everything for his book. Dunham’s memoir, which became a New York Times bestseller, recounts difficult experiences while working with Driver on Girls. She describes a late-night rehearsal where she forgot her lines and Driver allegedly became verbally aggressive, hurled a chair, and told her to wake up. She also recounts a sex-scene shoot where blocking allegedly broke down after Driver’s behavior. Driver has since become a highly sought-after actor with major award nominations and had not previously commented.

In Famesick, which topped the New York Times bestseller list after its release in April, Dunham describes several difficult experiences while working with Driver on Girls, the HBO comedy-drama that ran from 2012 to 2017 and helped launch his career."
