""I'm already making calls.""
""I am more optimistic [since the sale of EA], because somebody new could buy [the Dead Space IP],""
""immensely""
Glen Schofield wants to pursue new projects, including Dead Space 4, and says he is already making calls to explore opportunities. He played part of the 2023 Dead Space remake and enjoyed it but believes the remake did not make money. Schofield thinks EA's pending $55 billion sale could lead to the Dead Space IP being sold and potentially revived under new ownership. He suggests Dead Space could thrive with film and TV adaptations. Schofield previously worked at Sledgehammer Games, founded Striking Distance Studios, released The Callisto Protocol, and now directs at Pinstripe Games. He urged developers to embrace AI and expressed strong concern about Call of Duty's future under Microsoft.
