Tron: Ares continues the Tron franchise and follows a highly sophisticated program named Ares, played by Jared Leto, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission. Jeff Bridges returns to the franchise and expressed excitement, highlighting the role of the music. The cast attended a packed premiere at TCL Chinese Theatre where onlookers reacted to screenings and performances. Greta Lee watched her parents' stunned response while Arturo Castro described the moment as a dream. Rock group Nine Inch Nails provided the soundtrack and performed live as a surprise. The film opens Oct. 10.
