Matt Perren, a 27-year-old cameraman, was positioned in front of a 1990s Rolls Royce while filming a close-up when the driver accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake. The camera struck his face and pinned him under the vehicle; an apple box used to prop the camera prevented the car from fully crushing him. He suffered multiple breaks to his collar bone and severe pain. The driver, actor Eugene Kyere-Diabour, reportedly did not have a driving licence. Perren has hired Osbornes Law to pursue legal action against production company Infinite Starlight Entertainment. The production specialises in vertical short films for mobile phones.
